This milestone allowed the firm to move beyond the ground level, beginning to design and engineer the modern buildings that would eventually define its portfolio.
SadiPrince reached a significant milestone by securing major consultancy and supervision roles for institutional projects. This period marked the firm’s transition into high-stakes technical oversight, managing complex electrical and structural installations for public infrastructure.
To solve the industry-wide challenge of material quality control, SadiPrince established its Materials Supply wing. This allowed the firm to provide clients with certified steel, cement, and aggregates directly, ensuring that the high standards set in their engineering designs were matched by the physical materials used on-site.
By the year 2026, SadiPrince has solidified its position as a “Full-Lifecycle” consultant. By integrating property valuation with its existing design and construction services, the firm now offers a complete loop, from the first land survey to the final certified valuation of the finished asset, positioning itself as a leader in West African infrastructure.
